We all have a purpose for being here on this planet at this time in history. It is our choice whether we shall execute this purpose that can bring us peace, love, joy, passion, vitality, and freedom. Every one of us has a different dharma to pursue, and it isn't an external mission, rather it is an internal pursuit. We must follow our hearts if we are ever to reach the contentment of the heart, right? Searching within will be the only place to find it, and only we know if the path we are on is appropriate for us.

Our dharma is our own personal liberation, and as we share it with the world the gifts bestowed are immense for all folks that come in contact. Whether it will be a great mother or father, a well know philanthropist, a teacher of a spiritual path, or even the best spouse, our gift when given to the world makes the universe a better place to be. Additionally, it creates Love, Peace, Passion, Joy, Vitality, and Freedom in our lives. If every decision you make is in alignment with your dharma, you may see that as being rather confining. However I encourage you to seek for yourself, to witness the paradox. It is an amazing freedom to understand that the path you are on will be the exact right path at this moment within your life.

Morality is often defined as the ability of someone to distinguish good and evil or right and wrong. A moral man follows the path of good and righteousness. The system of determining right and wrong might be established by some authority, for example a Churches, an organization, a society, a government or through the individual himself. Thus logically the moral codes has to be different for each society, religion or even individual. Thus lots of people consider morality as individualistic which is determined by time and society. Often it really is argued that there can no universal principles of morality.

Our standard of living relies upon on or inner peace and happiness, not the items we own or our status in society. External development and material things have blurred our view of what is actually crucial in life. The only way to improve our standard of living is not to go subscribe to corporate greed but to practice Dharma and acquire control of our inner selves. Consider it, do you really need a big fancy TV or perhaps a big expensive house? Even if those things do make you happy for awhile, how long does the feeling last? The point isn't give these things up completely but to live life in moderation. Buddha can teach us how exactly to find pure, lasting happiness by using Dharma as a guide!

Whenever we decide which it is truly time for a change, and accept Buddha's teachings into our daily way of life we can over come the obstacles of greed and use each problem we encounter as a gift to learn and grow. Without inner peace, outer peace is impossible. When we can control our thoughts and minds by following spiritual journey paths then outer peace will flow naturally into our lives.

Once we are living a life in quest for our dharma, we have committed to being at cause for everything that we do. Until that point we have been living a life within the Karmic circle, which will be at effect for everything that happens in our life. We all happen to be in a place where it just feels like we have no control, and life just appears to be happening to us. We get caught up in how life "should be" rather than being focused upon how we "should be". Until we know who we actually are, and take the deep inner journey to discover who we have been independent of class, creed, skin color, sexual orientation. As one of my favorite speakers, Stedman Graham said, "the only line that matters on your drivers license should be the line with your name on it. However, to often times we associate more with another lines to tell us who we have been."

When you know who you are and what your own dharma is, you will start to notice that even the largest and most painful situations in life never happen to you. Rather they are going to happen for you.
