The main approach in preserving the landscapes and biodiversity is to develop scientifically reasoned network of natural reserve fund (NRF).

But its effective functioning is impossible without financial investment. Therefore, the urgent task of conservation is not only to preserve and restore natural landscape, but also to get economic benefits of existing natural reserve area (NRA) without causing environmental damage. The essence of this project can be represented by the following scheme: environmental efficiency of NRF -> economic efficiency of NRF -> maximum ecological and economic efficiency of protected areas.
